Consignments of goods for exchange or return can only be accepted on prior agreement. All returns and warranty claims should be returned to Flow within 14 days from delivery.
A restocking fee of 10% of the value of the goods will be charged for all returned parts. Incorrect deliveries and guarantee cases are exempted from this.
