3/8" High-Pressure Collar

Installed on 3/8-inch high-pressure tubing, the collar provides the mechanical shoulder that allows the gland to press the tubing cone securely against the fitting seat. A properly installed collar helps maintain connection preload, resist tubing movement, and prevent leakage under repeated pressure cycling.

Installation note: Completely depressurize the waterjet system before servicing the connection. Inspect the tubing cone, collar threads, gland, and fitting seat for galling, cracking, deformation, or fretting. The collar must be positioned and threaded onto the tubing according to Flow’s coning-and-threading specifications to maintain a safe, leak-resistant connection.
