Terms, Conditions, etc.
The following conditions apply to all offers and sales to end consumers unless other conditions have been expressly agreed in writing. Purchase terms of the customer are only binding on us to the extent that they do not conflict with our conditions of sale or are expressly recognized by us. Our offers are subject to change without notice. The right of intermediate sale is reserved. Re-sale to third persons requires the express written consent of FLOW.
Prices
The prices for spare parts are net ex-warehouse, in standard packaging without value-added tax. We reserve the right to make a suitable adjustment to prices, if changes occur during the course of processing an order, for example, supplements, additional financial charges, increases in customs duties, fluctuations in currency exchange rates etc.
Payment
Our conditions are payment 30 days net following date of invoice without deduction of a discount for cash. Receipt of the amount of the invoice in our bank account is decisive. Credit terms may be agreed following status inquiry. Interest in the amount of 3 % above the then current discount rate of the German Federal Bank may be charged from the date of the invoice in cases of arrears in payment. In addition, all damage arising as a result of the delay shall be met by the buyer. We shall also be entitled to cancel the contract following a reasonable period of further notice, or demand damages on account of non-performance. 25 % of the purchase price shall be paid as compensation without proof, unless the buyer can prove a lesser, or the seller a greater, extent of damage. Payments will be accepted only in the currency invoiced.
Delivery dates
Parts which are available are normally dispatched next working day following receipt of order, at the latest.
Agreement on delivery time remains reserved for each individual order or request for delivery. The delivery times given always apply as approximate and non-binding. Damages for delay or other claims for damages on account of delayed delivery are excluded. The supplier may postpone the time for delivery:
a) if circumstances occur which adversely affect the orderly procedure of work in processing the order at its premises, for which it is not responsible
b) if particulars necessary to process the order are not made known in good time or are retrospectively altered
c) if the conditions of payment are not observed.
The supplier reserves the right to make part deliveries if the availability of all parts ordered online does not guarantee delivery within 5 working days.
Shipping Options
We are able to offer the following courier delivery services for placed spare parts orders: UPS, DHL, FEDEX. Bulky or heavy goods will be dispatched with a suitable haulage company.
